RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you feel for whatever reason that our products aren’t for you, don’t worry we can help with that. Send your items back within 30 days after the date of shipment for an exchange or full refund. Just remember that all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for any return including exchange, refund, or faulty items. Included within your delivery will be a printed returns label. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a returns number. Clearly display the returns number on the packaging and place the return address label to the front.
Any items returned after 30 days of purchase are eligible only for online store credit in the form of a voucher code. Please note this policy is only valid within 90 days of the original purchase.
If items are not sent back in their original, unworn state they are unfortunately not eligible for a refund or exchange unless a manufacturing fault has occurred outside of your control. Please note a decision to refund is subject to our inspection of the items once returned.
